Case Against 9th Circuit

Michael Schmier has filed a complaint against the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Judicial Council of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. The purpose of this complaint is force the Court to issue a published opinion in each case it decides, and to overturn the rules of the court which allows unpublished opinions to be ignored by the Court.
